August 16, 2011 - The following Bill of Materials PDF is a preliminary document to make it easier for you to start building your 7-inch turbogenerator.
NOTE: If there is any discrepancy between the BOM parts list & the specs listed on the CD or in the NTW classes, it may be caused by my using Ken’s original ordering list. He sometimes orders a package of washers (for example) instead of the actual number he will use. - I will continue working on the BOM over time. - Pam
March 30, 2011 - The image of the wavespring drawing at Turbogen Web/7_turbogen/Parts/Shaft/wavespring.html has been updated with the .103” dimension. The PDF drawing & DWG file for this part remain the same.
March 16, 2011 - Download these updated Turbogen Web drawings in PDF & BMP file formats for the Turbogen inlet flange. DWG files on your CD (CAD_CAM Drawings) remain the same:
March 2, 2011 - A handful of CD’s may have been shipped without the following Turbogen Web/Turbogen/Drawings/Drains PDF drawings. (BMP & DWG files for these remain the same & are on all CD’s.) These parts are available at local hardware stores:

January 28, 2011 - The following DWG files (CAD_CAM Drawings) were updated on the DIY Tesla Turbogenerator Project CD - version 1.3:
The Turbogen Web now contains an updated part drawing of Hotrotor_Disc-a1.pdf
We also updated the following BMP files contained in the CAD Photos directory:
No major changes on photos, just finished the photos with center holes.
January 14, 2011 - The ZIP files listed here contain all CAD_CAM files included on the DIY Tesla Turbogenerator Project CD - version 1.2.

Drawing files for the 4.5” Experimenter’s Tesla Turbine are in BMP, DWG, DXF & IronCad Drawing formats. File formats for Ken Rieli’s improved 4.5” Tesla Turbine include BMP, DWG & IronCad Drawings.
Version 1.1 was released on November 13, 2010. Contains a revised drawing of Improved 4.5” Tesla Turbine bearing case.
